Camry lost ground, Accord gained ground, Camry still on top of car sales!

Counting Matrix and Corolla together is rediculous.

Taurus: Had it not been for Hertz (which Ford owns 100% of), it would not even have made the list. Exagurating a little, but not much here.

Civic: Steady as she goes. Nice repeatable performer. Honda= Civic and Accord big time.

Impala: WTF? I cant believe they sold so many of those. Nice GM.

Cavalier: Same as above. Only now, they sold more than last year. How is that possible? Incentives. I know.

Focus: Showing its age. Good thing we are a year before the intro of the new gen.

Altima: Surprising, slightly downward the trend is. Hmmm...

Tahoe: No selling 150K of these monsters, it tells you something about people's personalities out there. Stay low is the way to go. Too much macho man action out there...

Expedition: Same as above to the second power.

Chevy Silverado + GMC Sierra(660,000) > Ford F-150 (620,000)

I think this is the first time ever that GM outsold Ford trucks.

Also it is amazing how the Grand Cherokee sells so much.

Ford has been owning the number 1 spot for a long time now. Consequtively too. Something like Lexus' realibility reports.

See that's what I have noticed. People (especially car enthusiasts) have this negative ideas about Ford, but they keep forgetting that they are the number 2 automobile seller in the world for decades now. Where do you guys think all these vehicles are sold to?

F-150 + Ranger (181,289) = 801,000
GM = 660,000

Now you're comparing apples to apples.

I am also amazed by the Grand Cherokee numbers. Though when I look at the price out the door after the incentives and how much truck one gets for the money, I understand.

You can't add the ranger into that, I am talking about full sized pickups.

What I just did was apples to apples, and GM sells more Full sized pick ups than Ford, and for the first time ever i think.

Is the Sierra full size? I thought it was of the same size as the Ranger. If yes, then what is Ford's equivelant to the Sierra?

Looks like the F250 is Ford's equivelant. SO you're right. GM is selling more full size trucks.
