The result is the TECHART personalization program for the new 911 Turbo and 911 Turbo S models consisting of a new aerodynamic package, light metal wheels, and exquisite interiors will be presented in early March at the 80th international Motor-Show in Geneva, Switzerland.

Absolute performance – no compromises

The new Aerodynamic Kit I emphasizes the Turbo's inner strengths without being excessive or overloaded. The sturdy RIM polyurethane exterior reduces aerodynamic lift on both axles, allowing smoother handling capability at extreme speeds. One striking feature is the front spoiler, with its dynamically-accented air intake valves and seamless integration. As your eyes pass to the side of the vehicle, you notice the airflow-optimizing side sills, which are stretched to make the vehicle seem to sit lower. A small roof spoiler on the Coupe elongates the visual appearance of the roof line. The spoiler profile can generate additional downforce with the extensible rear spoiler. Rounding off the modified back end is the diffuser, which extends the standard skirt downwards. Personalized mirror moldings add yet another sporty accent and enhance the unique TECHART appearance.

The same applies to the TECHART Aerodynamic Kit II. Independent front and rear spoilers optimize mass air flow for improved ventilation of the braking and intercooler systems. TECHART's multifunctional daytime running lights are available for the front spoiler II. It combines daytime running lights, position illumination, sidelights, parking lights, and turn signals in a combined housing that fits seamlessly into the design of the vehicle front. The display brightness of the daytime running lights automatically adjusts to the selected daytime lighting setting. Furthermore, the daytime running lights dim automatically when either of the turning signals is active, in order to improve their visibility.

The high performance look and unmistakable TECHART design are also reflected in the wheel enhancements. Connecting the powerful torque of up to 700 Nm securely to the asphalt are the TECHART Formula light metal wheels, with their modern 5-spoke design. The product range includes TECHART Formula, Formula II, or filigree Formula III alloy-forged wheels in up to 20-inch formats. This classic form guarantees efficient heat diffusion and displays the braking system. For optimum road grip, TECHART recommends Conti Sport Contact 3 or tires of the brand Michelin Pilot Sport PS2.

In addition, TECHART's Noselift System is also available for the new 911 Turbo. This makes problems with everyday obstacles a thing of the past for this vehicle. At the push of a button, ca. 60 mm of additional space can be created between the road and the front spoiler by lifting the vehicle height on the front axle. The hydraulic TECHART Noselift System is very reliable, easy to retrofit, and exhibits the everyday applicability you expect from TECHART.

TECHART's interiors for the new models are unmistakable: clear yet elegant, sporty yet comfortable, the cockpit, seats, doors, and roof make for a luxurious experience. Exterior refinement for the Porsche 911

TECHART customers are looking forward to the upcoming spring to satisfy their desire of driving pleasure and driving dynamics. With the beginning of the warmer times of the year TECHART offers its customers the classic and elegant five-spoke TECHART Formula light alloy wheel in 20- and 21-inch size for the 991. Its flowing shape incorporates large spaces between the spokes and gives a finishing touch to the car. This results not only in a clear view of the braking system, with painted callipers in custom colour as an option, but also in effective heat dispersal. Furthermore the TECHART Formula III forged light alloy wheel with five dynamically shaped twin-spokes is available at spring in the same sizes. A weight advantage of up to 15 % compared to a light alloy wheel results in a reduction of the rotating and unsprung mass and increased driving dynamics of the Porsche 911.

In combination to the unique wheel design, the TECHART sport tailpipes made of polished stainless steel with a dual oval tube or a round tube as well as exterior trim parts in carbon fibre or custom colour let the new 911 be an unmistakable individual piece.

German tuner TechArt has officially released their program for the 2012 Porsche 911 (991) ahead of its public debut at the Geneva Motor Show 2012.

The newly developed exterior design for the Carrera and Carrera S models features a series of parts. The two-part front spoiler with an integrated splitter fits perfectly into the design of the new sports car and allows the front to sit even closer to the ground. In addition, two aero wings are integrated into the front air inlet vents.

At the rear you will find a fixed rear spoiler with a trailing edge and an integrated third brake light. The rear diffusor and side skirts on the wing of the vehicle complete the exterior range. Subtle trim panels for the front headlights as well as side mirror panels are the final touch.

A new exhaust system with valve control including EC-type approval, as well as dual oval tubes, provides an improved acoustic sound track. The new 911 rides on TechArt Formula five-spoke light alloy wheels in 20 or 21 inch. Additionally, Formula III forged wheels with five dynamically designed double spokes are available in 20 and 21 inch. This wheel offers a weight advantage of up to 15 percent compared to a cast wheel.

For the interior of the sports car there is a range of the materials, stylish colour combinations and numerous modification options, giving the customer the chance to implement all of the customisations they want, according to the tuner. The exhibition display car for the Geneva Motor Show features a modified interior in black leather and Alcantara. The vehicle-colour-coordinated stitching is combined with matt-painted interior components in racing yellow and black, as well as a carbon fiber trim. An ergonomically shaped TechArt three-spoke sports steering wheel has paddle shifters and completes the interior of the yellow Porsche 911 Carrera S.

TECHART Automobildesign presents its personalisation program for Porsche 911 Carrera 4 models. In line with this premiere the new TECHART Exhaust System Racing with valve control and double centre tailpipes as well as the TECHART Noselift front axle lift system make their debuts. As a tribute to the Porsche models of the 1970s TECHART shows its interpretation of the 400 hp Porsche 911 Carrera 4S in legendary Emerald Green colour to public at 83rd Geneva International Motor Show from March 5 to 17 2013.

Design.

The new TECHART Exhaust System Racing with valve control and double centre tailpipes replaces Porsche’s standard exhaust system and gives the car a more aggressive and sporty look, which reminds of RSR models. Controlled by the sport button at centre console the acoustic performance of the Porsche 911 Carrera 4S becomes clearly more sonorous and throaty. The exhaust system is also drivable in closed condition. As sole manufacturer TECHART currently offers this valve-controlled exhaust system with double centre tailpipes for all Porsche 911 Carrera S models. Also available: TECHART sport end mufflers Racing and sport exhaust system with valve control in combination with double flow TECHART Sport Tailpipes. Both systems are recognizable by black chromed or polished TECHART Sport Tailpipes in typical double-oval design. TECHART Sport Tailpipes are also available for the standard exhaust system of Porsche 911 Carrera S and 4S, as well as for the Porsche sport exhaust system of all current 911 Carrera models.

By pressing a button at centre console the TECHART Noselift System enables 60 mm more ground clearance at front spoiler by raising the vehicle level. System can be activated when stationary and during the ride. Above 60 km/h the vehicle lowers again automatically. Due to the hydraulic unit’s compact construction boot capacity remains the same.

At speed of 140 km/h the two-piece TECHART Front Spoiler I with integrated splitter reduces lift on front axle of the Porsche 911 Carrera models by 5 kg. At same speed the TECHART Rear Spoiler II (out of three versions in total), in combination with the TECHART Diffuser, generates additional 17.5 kg down force at the vehicle’s rear. Up to top speed this figure increases to 76 kg. Two Aero Wings, integrated into the front air inlet vents lend the 911 Carrera models a dynamic shaft outline. TECHART Side Skirts as well as trims for headlights and side mirrors set visual highlights all-around.

For Porsche 911 models TECHART offers the TECHART Formula 5-spoke light alloy wheel in 20- and 21-inch sizes, as well as the TECHART Formula III 5-twin spoke forged light alloy wheel. A weight advantage of up to 15 % compared to a cast wheel and thus a reduction in unsprung mass contributes directly to an increase in driving dynamics. Beside standard and individual colours, the TECHART Formula III forged wheel is also available in new bi-colour design and burnished glossy smooth finish.

Interior.

The TECHART in-house manufactory transfers the prestigious exterior colour of the Carrera 4S with precise craftsmanship into the vehicle’s interior. Whether door sills and back rests for black-leathered sport seats Plus in Emerald Green or door panels in black leather and green decorative stitching, all vehicle details take up the colour theme consistently. As it is for the ergonomically shaped TECHART 3-spokes sport steering wheel. Covered by black leather and Alcantara with green stitching, as well as integrated TECHART paddle shifters in black matt finish with green symbols, it forms a visual symbiosis with black and green TECHART Dials for instruments and Sport Chrono.

After making their debut at this year’s Frankfurt International Motor Show, TECHART presents its individualization program for the new Porsche 911 Turbo models at Essen Motor Show for the first time ever. The combination of TECHART Front Spoiler I, stationary TECHART Rear Spoiler II, TECHART Roof Spoiler and TECHART Rear Diffuser Trim generates an ideal air flow to the complete vehicle involving the active aerodynamics of the series front apron. Wider, flatter and longer as its predecessors. The new Porsche 911 Turbo models make promises to performance, tradition and last but not least to technological leadership. A distinctive design as well as meaningful proportions and innovative aerodynamics express these attributes evidently. The TECHART Aerodynamic Kit copes with the characteristic design language of the basic vehicle in a technical, qualitative and stylistic way.

The TECHART Aerodynamic Kit for the Porsche 911 Turbo models, made from a lightweight fibre composite of carbon and polyurethane RIM, is distinguished by high levels of load-bearing capacity and dimensional stability with a low tare weight. The TECHART Front Spoiler I for the Porsche 911 Turbo models incorporates the active aerodynamics at the basic vehicle’s front apron and thus supports its functional capability. TECHART Automobildesign controls the set up of the adaptive series spoiler at the vehicle’s front apron in a way that it either fully extends by the press of a button at speeds under 120 km/h, or does so automatically at speeds of over 120 km/h. When the driver reduces speed to 80 km/h the spoiler retracts automatically. The precise aerodynamic adaption of the vehicle’s front to the stationary TECHART Rear Spoiler II allows a perfect air flow to the complete vehicle and results in improved driving dynamics and stability throughout all driving conditions.

TECHART Aero Wings, which are integrated into the front air inlets, create a dynamic shaft outline and form the prominent TECHART family face in collaboration with the TECHART Air Vent at the front apron. Besides TECHART Headlamp Trims and TECHART Performance Décor set visual highlights.
The innovatory power of the TECHART brand is not just visible from the vehicle’s front, but also from its rear. Air-flow-optimized TECHART Side Skirts give a more compact appearance to the vehicle and guide the TECHART design language to the rear. The TECHART Roof Spoiler assimilates the typical roof line of the Porsche 911 Coupé models and forms an aesthetic and functional unit with the stationary TECHART Rear Spoiler II. The TECHART Diffuser Trim, framed by the TECHART Sport Tailpipes made from stainless steel in dual oval tube design, completes the TECHART Aerodynamic Kit harmoniously. A TECHART Sport Exhaust System with valve control and a TECHART Sound Muffler Kit Sport are going to generate solid acoustic performance for the Porsche 911 Turbo models. The strength of the most powerful Porsche 911 models is emphasised by the new 21-inch TECHART Formula IV light-alloy wheel in 5-twin-spoke design. It is available in standard or individual colours as well as in bi-colour finish. The weight reduced TECHART Formula III forged wheel in 21-inch can be ordered for the Porsche 911 Turbo models in standard or individual colours, in bi-color finish as well as in ceramic burnished glossy smooth finish. The classical TECHART Formula light-alloy wheel in 20-inch is also available for the Porsche 911 Turbo models. TECHART Automobildesign develops a new TECHART 20-inch light-alloy wheel with center lock for an even more agile driving behaviour.

The TECHART Sport Spring Kit is going to bring the vehicle body closer to the tarmac. In addition TECHART Automobildesign works on a TECHART Noselift System, which has already been available for the Porsche 911 Carrera and Carrera 4 models.
