Some info from Worldcarfans...

Renault has a rich motorsport heritage, and it is a shame we don't already see any kind of worthy sportscar on our roads. However, according to rumours, this will change in 2010 with the return of the Renault Alpine.

Interesting design... I kinda see hints of R8 with the side-blade. Looks sleek but I wouldn't necessarily call it attractive. Maybe if they made a model bigger than an R/C car scale.

It looks like a bad R8 ripoff to me.

But on the bright side, Clarkson will have something new to total in about 10 years.

isn't Renault part of Nissan and vice versa? maybe it'll have GT-R's engine
