great, it should only be as long as a 4, cuz its two rows of 4, and as wide as a v6, well duh, a 90 degree V8 will be the same width as a 90 degree V6

True, but they don't really state whether they mean 60 or 90 degree V6. If it's a 60 degree V6, which I tend to believe it is or they wouldn't be hyping it that way, it's worthy.

Regardless, it's good to see an American company showing some sign of innovation in the powertrain (take note of the camshaft design).

a V-8 should usually be longer than a I-4 because the pistons are offset from each other. They don't line up right next to each other.

I could be mistaken, but I think that's when they turn off cylinders when they're not needed, figuratively speaking of course.
