I won't go this far and say it's a gorgeous looking car...but I don't see anything wrong with it.

That lfn pic is a great shot, but we really need to see the front of the car to come to any conclusion. Rear looks very clean though, short yes, but it is a compact size car like the base 3-series.

not to get off topic but I passed a new 335 coupe today and that antenna thingy on the roof is HUGE, makes the car look like a cardinal redbird, really distracting from its lines.

I don't know if I like the overly prominent grill and Merc star. Seems out of place on the C

That's what the pre-Bangle bimmers were accused of.

Speaking of BMW, looks like DCX is copying BMW's eyelid headlight treatment on the new C.

Whomever did the PS didn't do that great of a job. MB does not put the star in/on the grill with their sedans, but on the hood (ala Jag leaper).

Yup. Looks alot like the CL class which is a very good thing. The CL is IMO the nicest looking car on the road.

Hopefully they've injected more sport. 270HP from the 3.5 is underpowered compared to the competetion. I wonder if there's anything they plan to do about that.

I'm surprised by that move...traditionally (even currently) they don't make that move with their sedans.

Not feeling it. The steering wheel looks like shit. All those small buttons make the interior look cluttered. I'll reserve judgement for when I see real pictures and/or in person.

^ I think the gray is nice

As long as people buy, they will keep. Most of their interiors are ash (gray) or black

I don't think that the S class lines translate well to the smaller car, but I do like the interior.

Why does that thing have such a huge gap between the hood and the rest of the car? It makes it look like its not put together very well.
