Mansory: Stallone (based on Ferrari 812 Superfast) News

Press release...

With the new Stallone, revealed at the 88th Geneva Motor Show, MANSORY is already presenting the third generation of a fully refined Ferrari gran turismo to the international public. After the 599 GTB and the F12, literally every screw was turned on the Ferrari 812, and another impressive masterpiece of automotive artistic refinement was created: lightweight bodywork components made of visible carbon fibre, strikingly forged sport rims, a powerful performance improvement, and an intoxicating opulence of interior modifications prove the spectacular entrance of this two-door sports coupe.

Following nothing but its own tradition, luxury manufactory MANSORY, based in Bavaria, makes its Ferrari aerodynamics components exclusively out of ultra-light carbon. Thanks to the years of experience the in-house specialists have, the company has managed to perfectly preserve the symmetry of the carbon fibre structure when using its tools. This enables the fine impression of the fabric to be used as a design element, and all bodywork parts to be offered in visible carbon fibre. Whether it is a front spoiler and engine hood with a Formula 1 look, side skirts and rear apron with diffuser, or striking rear wings, the precise MANSORY craftsmanship means that all components fit like a glove in the Italian series design.

But it is not just the visual effect that is subject to refinement by the team led by company owner Kourosh Mansory; the 6.5 litre V12 engine has also received a performance upgrade thanks to an in-house engine development. Resulting from the optimisation of series electronics in combination with a great-sounding sports exhaust system, the engine performance of the 812 Superfast has been increased to 830hp/611kW. The maximum torque has also soared to 740 newton metres.

Specially adjusted to the increased engine power and a sporty, ambitious driving style, MANSORY has combined lowering springs with single-piece, ultra-light forged wheels called Yavin. For the perfect wheel and tyre combination, MANSORY uses rims with dimensions of 9.5 x 21 and 12 x 22 and high performance tyres with sizes 265/30 (front axle) ZR21 and 335/25 ZR22 (rear axle).

In the interior, MANSORY has created a command and control centre which perfectly combines functionality and comfort. The sports steering wheel designed especially for the Ferrari 812 and the aluminium pedals guarantee full control over the vehicle. At the same time, the interior oozes pure luxury. Almost all the interior furnishing components have been masterfully upholstered with leather by hand and combined with carbon. Precisely stitched logos and illuminated door sills perfect the refinement.

Lose the yellow on the interior and it looks pretty good.
