Lorinser: Custom FX (based on Infiniti FX Series) news
Press release...
Sportservice Lorinser is dedicated to the Infiniti FX and presents the impressive results as a world's first at the Essen Motor Show 2011 (Hall 3, Booth 206). The specialist of vibrant refinements of Mercedes-Benz vehicles provides the SUV of the noble subsidiary of Nissan Infiniti with a spectacular body design. Developed initially exclusively for the Russian market, this customization programme is also considered to be sold in other markets, should the demand increase. Stylish coordinated components turn the front of the Lorinser conversion into a dynamic eye-catcher: The new front bumper with fitted LED daytime running lights turn the design of the front end into an unmistakable identifying feature. At the rear, the downforce-reducing roof spoiler inspires as much as the redesigned rear bumper and the two double end pipes for the standard exhaust system. Matching all this, Lorinser adorns the wings of the Infinity FX with sleek side skirts. These calm the airflow between the axes and draw even more thrilling attention to the Lorinser lightalloy wheels. The latest development and highlight in the rim programme is an especially light 22-inch alloy wheel. Characteristic of the modern style of the Lorinser monoblock design are the five triple-slotted spokes. But the visual finesse is not the only thing the RS9 has to offer: Modern manufacturing methods, precisely machined surfaces, and the application of special aluminum alloys guarantee highest bearing loads at the lowest possible weight. The wheel/tire combination has been designed especially for the Infiniti and provides the vehicle with a bespoken grip: At the front and rear axle, the 22-inch wheels are fitted with high-performance tires Continental CROSS CONTACT, size 285/35R22. As a supplement to the existing production-type interior features, there is everything your heart's desire - from personalized floor mats to complete leather furnishings. All equipment details are produced with the highest degree of craftsmanship and precision. |

But, yeah...not happening. |
Front is odd.
...and hey when one spoiler/wing is not enough...get two!!! |
The sharp angular shapes of the front bumper and sideskirts seems to clash with the rounded lines of the FX.
|
looks bloody awful. i expected much better from Lorinser.

This one isn't doing much for me. I like the headlights-does that help?
|
This looks horrible. Could've at least taken off the roof rails if they wanted to add that rear spoiler. Looks kinda thrown together in my opinion...
