Its not the prettiest car to look, but its not the worst, and definitely not the most boring. And those hp numbers can make anything look better. Still... its not as impressive as the mythical 325 hp TLX-S.

I think it looks great...love the grille and the headlights and the DRL in them...the sides look very aggressive and so does the rear panel....

and 500+ HP and 60 under 4 seconds look the most impressive

Why does Nissan feel the need to combine ugly with this fantastic engine?

To show that it's what's inside that counts.

You are of the very few that think Infiniti exterior designs look good, and not look like goofy bulbous looking sea creatures.

Don't feel bad or weird about it....heck plenty of people bought the 4G TL.

Somebody has got to love the uglies.

Maybe one day, Nissan will get it right and put this engine in a beautiful car.

...until then....It's all ugly and sea creatures with wheels for this engine.

I call 4G TL ugly, i would call Q50 weird looking, but not ugly.

Just saw one 5 mins ago during lunch. Still can't put it in the same ugliness category as 4G TL.

Disney would charge too much. It would push the Eau Rough price tag WAY over $34.50.

The only infiniti I really like right now is the J...er I mean QX60. Its the best of the sea creature designs.

But I still refuse to forgive for this stupid new naming regime. F-U Infiniti(y)

Wait....what? So confused, are we talking sedans, or SUV's or CUV's....

Stupid Infinity.....every time somebody brings up one of your cars, I have to Google the name to figure it out.

I will be honest, I dont digg the huge SUV, QX70 or whatever...I do like the FX (whatever they call it now)....

in the sedans, I do think the G/Q50 looks AWESOME and very aggressive....and PS, I loathe the 4G and the stupid BEAK Acura has adopted...

Please tell me how this looks ugly....

^ Clearly, that looks like a sperm whale, Kumar.

Get your eyes checked. Like, can't you see all the fins...? I'm almost surprised Infiniti did not issue the car with little shrimp stickers.

Looks pretty good to me.

Some Infiniti models and concepts are just plain ...but, nothing wrong with the Q50 IMO. And the Oh-Rooj, with that performance, is fantastic.

Next to BMW, this is the most exciting thing. A lot more exciting than 2.4L N/A FWD and 20 years old 3.5L V6.
At least they have the balls to try, unlike some other brand i wont mention cough acura.

Some people think the FX looks good too.

Again, if you like the sea creature look, Infiniti is your brand!

I'll pass on Infiniti until they finally get past this sea creature design phase.

I am with you mean I think this thing looks awesome actually. I find a lot of new cars boring and blah looking, and this one just seems like something new and unique and cool. I just saw one locally on airride and I like the car even more now. It could be my future car after I am done with FX

IS F sport, the whole car's design is aggressive, from its headlight to front bumper, even the LED strip in the front. So in a way, they can pull off the weird looking grill.

Every piece from front to the back looks weird by itself, but when you put them together, it just works somehow. At least to me.

Q50 just does not look "mean" enough to have those edgy looking grills.

actually I was referring to just the IS250 with that grille...

but to your point, a 550+hp car wont pull the Infiniti grill off?

You know that if the IS350 gets upgraded tires, the Oh-Rooj is toast, right?

I really like the Q50, especially after seeing it in person. This front end in particular looks great:

While the Q50 doesn't have the sharp lines, the aggressive parts of its body are more subtle. It's curvier and more defined along the hood/fenders than the IS250 is. By comparison, I've always felt the Lexus 'tries too hard'
