I'd be really suprised if Brembos are back. I would be very pleased, but with the problems they've caused Nissan in the past I don't know if they would be willing to chance it again - just doesn't seem economically feasible, and Ghosn is a guy who is all about economic feasibility.
Edit to add - ya, I really like it. I think the glass roof and strange spoiler will be gone for production, as well as the blue lights (though I'd imagine we'll see 7000k range projectors). More importantly the interior looks M-series inspired without being a copy, which is awesome. That's what needed the work afterall.

Everything looks real good.... EXCEPT...
The booty got uglier I think... Its kinda rounded down now like the current gen Solara, or 1st gen CL... ehhhhhhh.
Interior looks awesome, so happy they finally moved the Navi to the dash!

Ya, my least favorite part is the rear deck lid area for sure. I don't like the spoiler thing, I don't like the way the rear tail lights mold to the lid - just think it has too many abrupt lines and strange bumps, doesn't flow like the rest of the car.

WOW!!! That puts the current G-coupe to shame (aesthetically speaking).

They will not put the minature camera for the side mirrors...I believe you will see both NEW cars in the NY Auto Show in March/April. If the sedan looks as good as the coupe....I may trade in my ride...

OOHHHH HELL YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is what I've been waiting to see. This concept is an absolute stunner. Like F23A4 said, it puts the current version to shame; and that's really saying something. Infiniti continues to have the tightest headlamp assemblies in the business (IMO). The rear looks grea, the front looks agressive, but also sexy. The flowing lines are very Italianate here, and the result is a car that looks way more expensive than it'll sell for. The rims are SICK! I'm smiling most of all, because of the beautiful interior. The really need to translate the concept's interior to the the production's with minimal canges. I love everything about it; especially the steering wheel. And the guages are very nicely done. I really hope the sedan turns out to be a four door version, or something very close (with little differentiation).

Infiniti Debuts Coupe Concept at 2006 North American International Auto Show [Jan. 8, 06] - - Sourc: http://www.nissannews.com/
DETROIT (Jan 8, 2006) – Infiniti today unveiled a dramatic new concept vehicle, the Infiniti Coupe Concept, at the 2006 North American International Auto Show.
The Coupe Concept continues the Infiniti tradition of merging design and performance. It takes Infiniti’s vibrant design vocabulary, which has helped establish Infiniti as one of the most dynamic brands in the luxury market, and elevates it to the next level.
Among the Coupe Concept’s exterior design features are a full-length glass panel roof, modulated front fenders and hood, deep front spoiler and large projector headlights, polished bare metal-look paint, compact camera outside rearview mirrors, hidden door handles and large 20-inch, 9-spoke painted aluminum-alloy wheels.
The Coupe Concept interior combines a performance-inspired cockpit with a luxurious passengers’ space featuring a “double wave” instrument panel design, with large, violet-color gauge illumination and a dramatic, full-length center console. Specially textured aluminum accents project the image of traditional Japanese “Washi” paper, providing an added sense of warmth and crispness.
“The Infiniti Coupe Concept embraces the continuous advancement of Infiniti design with a unique combination of passion, imagination and creativity,” said Mark Igo, vice president and general manager, Infiniti.
Igo also provided an update on Infiniti business issues, including the fourth straight year of sales records. In 2005, Infiniti sold an all-time high of 136,401 units, an increase of 4.5 percent over calendar year 2004 sales.
“Infiniti sales have been strong across the entire model range,” said Igo. “We’re especially pleased with the acceptance in the marketplace of the all-new 2006 Infiniti M.”

Interesting. They kept the Infiniti specific feature of the entire guage cluster/bin being attached to the steering wheel; so that when you adjust the wheel of your specific height, the entire cluster moves so you always have a perfect line of sight. I'm happy they kept that. It's a novel and useful feature, IMO.

Wow!!! I love it.
My 350Z's lease is up in June this year, but I'd love to replace it with this car. I'm hoping the G comes out in this year so I can extend my lease a few months and move into this car. It's beautiful!!!

It looks like they changed just enough so that it could be called a redesign, but overall it looks the same, except the revisions made it a lot sexier. The interior center console design although only a concept, looks a shit load better than the current G. Oh and that Shift Knob looks really good IMO.
