Also, the press releases are available at:
http://www.autodeadline.com
They aren't filtered like the TOV information and not many pictures I can see, but lots of numbers.

The Sedan looks odd from some angles. Can't quite put my finger on it. But I'm sure it will grow on me. The Coupe looks odd from some angles as well but the Si cleans up nicely.
Loving the interior on both.

Some interesting tidbits provided from the VTEC articles...
1)
The Civic Si provides a rev-limit indicator light on the upper level of the instrument panel that flashes 600 rpm before the engine's 8000 rpm redline is reached, then goes to solid red at 8000 rpm. The rev-limit indicator is similar to what is used on racecars to alert drivers when to shift. The Civic Si also incorporates a red color scheme in the background illumination for meters and audio displays (and white backlit buttons).
2)
All audio units feature Speed-Sensitive Volume Control (SVC) that automatically adjusts the volume based on vehicle speed and coupe models feature CD/MP3 text readout with a customizable welcome screen. Civic Si, Hybrid and EX models have steering wheel-mounted audio controls.
3)
The latest generation of the Honda Satellite-Linked Navigation System is available on Si, Hybrid and EX models and features a 6.5-inch display that opens and closes for access to the internal CD player slot and a digital audio card reader that can play MP3 and WMA files from SD, CompactFlash™ , and Flash ATA memory cards (PCM adapter required for all cards). The navigation system features more than 7 million points of interest and can control the audio system (and climate system on Hybrid). The voice recognition is capable of recognizing and inputing numbers, street names and cities, in addition to more than 600 commands.
4)
The Honda Satellite-Linked DVD Navigation System uses Global Positioning Satellites (GPS) in combination with detailed information from the vehicle's DVD-based mapping system to pinpoint the vehicle's location and to provide a host of useful mapping and route guidance features. The antenna can utilize up to 12 satellites from a network of 24 global positioning satellites. If the antenna is obstructed by a tunnel, a parking garage or a tall building, an internal gyroscopic system and a speed sensor track the location of the vehicle so that the map information remains current and reliable. The vehicle clock is independently controlled by GPS data, so when time zones are crossed while driving the clock will automatically set itself to the current time.
Not sure if the current navi's do this already.

How nice, the Civic gets mp3 capability, but the TL still doesn't have it, but the TSX recieved it, Honda really needs to change out their market segment teams

I peeped that feature too. Combined with the audio input capabilities the audio/nav system should be excellent! I am sure future models will add bluetooth along the line too.

Cause Honda is a bunch of idiots when it comes to placing features on the car segments

Can't say I'm really into the sedan, has kinda a generic hybrid car look going on. The coupe seems pretty decent looking. Both have nice interiors, but be nice to see some prices and performance numbers.

Edmunds First Drive SI

Unlike its predecessor, which was a slow and homely-looking hatchback with a meager redline and the agility of an elderly woman, this Si is a quick (Honda says it'll accelerate to 60 mph in 6.7 seconds), fun-to-fling-around coupe, with sharp lines and the most sharply raked windshield in Honda's history. Yes, sharper than even the NSX's.
And it revs. Oh brother, does it rev. Redline is eight thou, and the engine flies past that mark with such willingness Honda has set the rev limiter at a hold-on-to-your-connecting-rods 8,500 rpm.
Honda has also made the new car 9.1 inches longer, 2.2 inches wider and 3.2 inches lower than a 2005 Si. And it rides on a 3.1-inch-longer wheelbase (104.3 inches), which it shares with the Civic coupe, but not the sedan. For the first time, the Civic sedan and coupe don't share a wheelbase. The sedan's is 2 inches longer. (We'll post a first drive of the 2006 Civic Coupe, Sedan and Hybrid next week.)
Those new dimensions have added 95 pounds to the Si's curb weight, and have swiped almost 3 inches of rear legroom. Unless you hang with supermodels and NBA stars, the car's backseat remains usable. And let's face it, if you're driving a Civic, even an Si, you ain't hangin' with Tyra and Shaq.
Honda says it can seat five. Good luck with that.
The trunk is smaller, too, down to 11.5 cubic feet. But remember, the last Si was a hatchback, this one is a proper coupe. The previous Civic coupe's trunk had 12.9 cubic feet of space.

3.2 inches lower? I know the 05 Civic was tall, but 3.2 inches?

Overall very nice. Both sedan and coupe.
Looking at the dyno chart above, it's very disappointing to see the torque curve valley between the very useful 3K-6K rpm area. Of course one has to "bare" that in order to gain high up in the rev band, but there's got to be a way for a flatter torque curve during the useful rev area.

According to that article/review, the LSD allows/requires you to gas through a turn to correct understeer.
Huge WTF? If I'm driving FWD, my instinct would say to let off the throttle so the car will stop understeering. I understand that this LSD will send more power to the outside wheel, but... I don't see that one tire producing oversteer when 60% of the car (namely, the front end) wants to understeer.

Hondata!!!! Hopefully they will be able to apply it to the new Si since it has DBW.

Okay!
The coupe looks good in some shots, which means ya gotta see it in person. White or black would looks great on the car.
The sedan has too much of that ugly Prius hybrid styling for my liking.
The interior looks spacious. Though I don't ever want to drive a car with an interior layout like that.

So what's the significance of having the brake caliper in the back as oppose to the front. The last gen Civic had it in the back and I notice that a lot of High end cars have it there as well.

How long before Si owners complain about those angel eyes headlights getting jacked...
