HID headlight theft
I heard there was an issue with people stealing HID's out of older TL's. Acura says that they have fixed the issue on the 2004 model. I found this at acura.ca...
"To reduce the chance of theft, the headlight units are attached to the vehicle’s side frame rail with an additional bracket. This bracket is not accessible once the vehicle is fully assembled, though the HID bulbs are easily replaceable. "

Yaaaaaay! Good news! I haven't heard this before, it should be better publicized. Mayhap I can drive to NYC/NJ without having to worry as much?
