Once again,
Once again,
The new Genesis coupe resembles the G more than this thing resembles the Sonata at the very least.
Not that the genesis coupe gets less sexy points for it, though...

You are just the true definition of a troll. You really are coming close to being the 1st person on my ignore list.... yeah, I know, big whoop, an ignore list. But not even Water-S has that distinction. You trump Water-S in annoyance factor.
Personally I don't care too much about the Ford Taurus, but news is news. All you do is clutter up any threads of Fords, GMs or Chryslers saying they look boring, can't handle for crap, etc. When the fuck has a Hyundai been able to prove that it isn't boring and can't handle for crap until recently? Not sure about the latter but still. It's pretty damn obvious that you've never driven them before, especially when you talk about cars that haven't even been made yet. At least learn how to offer some constructive criticism.... i.e. if only it had independent rear suspension, it would handle better, etc. instead of your typical "looks like shit, can't handle for crap" nonsense
Nonetheless I still think the Genesis coupe has a lot of potential. But please.... go back to the Hyundai forums where you came from. Its a win-win situation for everyone.

Now we just have to wait for hte interior shots...
I do like Ford's interior design over GM's. I think some of the newer Lincolns and Ford's top of the line trucks have great luxury design. It's only the materials that suck.

GUANO - Breakfast of Chumpions!
Back on topic, that prospective 2010 Taurus is the best looking Taurus design since the original. That said, stick the Mustang V8 into that Mondeo and ship it stateside and this just might actually be a Ford in my garage:

What's great is that from the grainy pic, production version hasn't strayed from the rendering at all.

That's gonna be one hot car if it makes it to production. I wonder what the possible engine choices could be? Does ford have a 280-300hp v6 to stick in this thing?

Is there any possibility that this will be based on Mondeo architecture, produced in the states? Or is it cost prohibitive?
I remember the reason why the didn't want to bring the Euro Fords over here was because of cost; but does that mean it would be too expensive to import into the states, or that they cannot ramp up production lines here to build something based off of the Mondeo?

It seems, the Europeans won out. This Taurus is obviously influenced by the same Kinetic design language that is so well represented on the Mondeo. I can't wait to see the interior of this car.
No one wants that.
