The rear diffuser needs to be all red or all black...that throws me.

I'd like to see the black between taillights broken up with something better than just a pony...like the circle emblem for the current car's rear.

I wonder what the pricing will be.

Do you think the 2.3L EB will be the middle trim or the bottom trim?

I also wonder how it would feel and sound to drive a 300HP four cylinder turbo Mustang.

But if I was going to put my money down on a Mustang, I would be very hard pressed not to get the V8.

Damnit, already running numbers in my head.

But next I want to hear Ford announce the Focus RS is coming to the US with the 2.3L EcoBoost and AWD...

If I had to guess, the 2.3 turbo would be the middle trim. Seems a bit more expensive than a common V6.

But I'd get the V8 if I bought one. Coupe, in white. No other packages or gimmicks. Just a 'base' GT.

Sadly, some people seriously think the Mustang looks like the...Accord.

Um, sure...they both have wheels...doors...windshield...yup, Ford copied Honda.

Haven't seen it mentioned anywhere: Are there going to be any styling differences between the EcoBoost and the V6?

Didn't read anything about it, but I'm 100% sure there will be styling differences between different trims and/or packages.

Go to Honda's website and try out the different trims. You'll get an idea that way.

I really love this redesign to be honest. It has some issues like the rear lights area and the center stack is a disappointment but overall this is a badass car and will come in at a reasonable price. Nice, nice work from Ford...

In all seriousness, I absolutely do NOT see any resemblance to the Accord...not sure what some people are quite seeing.

And the new look has really grown on me. I think it's a winner for Ford.

Not going to lie, at first I hated it. The leaked pictures were all from terrible angles and made the car look very oddly proportioned. I thought to myself "Oh god, they ruined it"...

I'm very happy to report that those initial feelings were completely wrong. After seeing pictures and videos at the official launch, and studio shots taken at proper angles the only thing I can say is this thing looks fantastic... I almost can't get enough of it.

I think my 2011 V6 would be an excellent stepping stone for getting into a 2016/2017 GT

Not a bad looking Accord. The more I see it the more my faith is restored in Honda.

In all seriousness, it may not be as dramatic of a departure we were thinking of for the next 'Stang. But it grew on me very quickly.

I really gotta see it in person...right now there is just something "off" about the lines of the car.

But perhaps seeing it in person will show me differently.

God this might be my next car! Interior sucks but its time I had a little fun with a car purchase!

Btw, am I the only one that's really impressed with the character lines down the side of the car?

Thats because you own a Challenger where the lines dont actually go anywhere but straight.

Just kidding buddy!

I'm not sure if this link has been posted anywhere in here yet but this is Ford's page for it, it has the best pictures of it and they're all super high-res so you can zoom right in to see tons of little details. It's also got a customizer for colour and wheels.

http://www.ford.com/cars/mustang/2015//

I'll take my 5.0 in Guard gray with 20" wheels please

I hope that they have one at the DC Auto Show.

I'm still not 100% on the styling but there are so many more details and contours in this car versus the previous generation that it's clear Ford has invested more in the car. I'm hoping it results in a much more refined package overall.

The only thing I'm sort of disappointed by is that the proportions are likely larger than the outgoing version. Looks 20" wheels are an option... IMO the wrong way to go when the next Camaro will likely be riding on a smaller platform. Hope 19's don't look too small.

Even the rear has grown on me. I cannot wait for this car to come out...
