There're some loyal followers of the old models, R32 GT-Ss are all over the places in Canada right now.

A company here in Toronto called JDM-Imports brings in skylines. Due to the Transport Canada regulations they can only bring in R32's (gotta be 15+ yrs old) right now though. On their website it explains the regulations for importing cars to Canada. There was a big article in Jan in the Torstar about skylines,.....which I saved.

Yet another route Mercury could take that would give it a different identity from simply being rebadged NA Fords.

ford will never bring over the souped up versions of these cars. They all look like varients of the GTO/Monaro. When they get here, they will probably be plain looking. Ford will succeed if the bring over the sport versions just like the GTO would have succeeded if Pontiac brought over the HSV Monaro.

So the Pontiac GTO is plain looking and HSV Monaro is not?

Overall, they look pretty much the same.

And these Fords do look like Holdens too.
