the dealer F'd up on my spoiler install!!!!

they put on the Wing Spoiler instead of teh Deck Lid Spoiler!! what are those guys

so mad.. so my question is.. the Wing Spoiler requires drilling doesn't it?? that means they will have to give me a whole new trunk lid!!!! :o

the under body spoiler kit looks great though.. i just really do not like the wing spoiler at all.. it looks like its too much for the car..

damn man.. so gotta drop the car off again on friday...

 

I bet they'll just switch your trunk with another TL's that on the lot.

 

I would guess that the wing spoiler would require drilling for sure just as the lip spoiler would. That sucks.

 

Doubt they will just switch lids.

The VIN is in there, somewhere.

 

Check the serial number that is on the trunk lid after the repair, make sure they put the matching sticker on it, or you will have non-matching VINs

 

Yeah, this can get you into legal trouble, I guess. Hate to see you on the America's Most Wanted List because your trunk has a VIN of some serial-killing psycho

 

Not to mention the paint will not be an exact match if they switched trunk lids.
