Buick Terraza
First Buick gets a sport-utility, now a minivan? Yep. Called Terraza, Buick?s new minivan—sorry, that ?crossover sport van? (CSV) in GM speak—will be available in CX and uplevel CXL trims. Expected to attract affluent married couples with children in to Buick showrooms, the Terraza features seven-passenger seating with first- and second-row captain's chairs that are foldable and removable. Seats are upholstered in soft Nuance leather with French, double-stitched seams and contrasting color piping.
In addition, the interior comes with a front overhead console and overhead rail system; a spacious and flexible rear convenience center/cargo system; and a rear-seat entertainment system with an optional DVD player and flip-down screen. Powered by a 3.5-liter V-6 that makes 200 horsepower and 220 lb.-ft. of torque, the Terraza features an independent long-and-short-arm rear suspension with automatic load leveling, four-wheel disc brakes, 17-inch wheels, and available StabiliTrak stability control and Versatrak all-wheel drive. Buick claims the Terraza is ultra-quiet, thanks to a forged steel crankshaft, increased engine isolation, and other interior acoustic treatments. Because it?s a Buick, Terraza gets an elegant monochromatic appearance combined with chrome highlights on the grille, body-side moldings, door handles, and the rear license plate brow. Inside, the Terraza is enhanced by wood trim and chrome highlights on the steering wheel, instrument panel, and center control stack. Doorplates are also executed in dark burled wood with bright accents and the front doors feature chrome sill plates. With kids in the vehicle, safety is paramount; thus, the Terraza features three-point seat belts for all seven seating positions, the LATCH child safety-seat restraint system for the second row front dual-stage airbags, and optional seat-mounted side airbags.

the interior is nice, its a shame they didn't put the same effort into the exterior design. i guess the designers have their hands tied when they're given a minivan body and told that they can only design a grill that will make each model unique.

Outside is very bad.. But it's a minivan, so I guess by nature they usually are pretty unattractive.. But still... Very boring looking outside
