The U.S. will also get my motor of choice; a new 2.0L turbocharged diesel four that will make 200HP, 295lbft of torque, and get around 40MPG.

It would be pretty shitty to have LEDs in the headlights and none for the taillights.

That looks like an Audi E90 ... Oops?

I do like the "flame" in the side of the doors rather than crappy glued-on side moldings.

That's a nice looking A4 3.2 ... Is that a "concept" or production?

Nice! makes the current one looks outdated already...

Seems like the bulge at the bottom of the rear door is becoming a trend now huh... see it on the 3 series, new accord coupe, this new A4, etc

That's a production 3.2... not bad, huh? I think this A4 may finally help Audi turn the corner of being consider the "other" German automaker.

Looks like a 4-door version of the A5. That's a winner in my book. Pair that with a slightly more powerful version of the 2.0T and that could be my next car, unless the FMC of the TSX proves to be equally stunning visually and delivers the goods in terms of power.

I actually like the current A4 a bit better, the nose and especially the rear look better proportioned. The front looks a bit droopy on the new one, imo. Still a great looking car though.

The interior looks like a very nice improvement and I'm actually a fan of the 4 spoke wheel.

Audi's had the DSG for the last couple years.

The A3 has the 3.2 DSG. It'll slowly move to the other models

After looking at the pics again, I think the only thing that could use some serious improvement is the steering wheels. Look too bulky and unrefined compared to the rest of the interior.

meh...seems as though Audi these days has the same car, but different body kits so that consumers think they getting a newer car.

Yup! I totally agree with you. This is a HOT CAR! It's so much better looking than the 3 series and the new C class, though these are already handsome automobiles.

Now, which is more reliable - the 3 series or A4?

I don't know anyoen that owns the new[er] 3 series, but my buddy owns an 07 A4 3.2 and he hasn't had any issues with his that were the fault of the manufacturer.

That's an understatement.

But, I'm only talking about the sedan...the 3-coupe ain't bad. But, the A5 gives it a run for its money on looks IMO.

Put the interior and exterior of the A4 over the 3series's chassis and engine... then it would be my perfect sedan.

A4 is just lacking in the engine department.

In the current model lineup, the 3 spoke steering wheel is exclusive to the S-Line Package, get that and you get the leather 3 spoke wheel.

That 4 spoke steering wheel looks identical to the base model steering wheel in the current base A4.

So we may be in luck.
