We’re excited to announce the debut of Acura Precision, a new print publication exclusively for Acura Dealer Principals, General Managers, Service Managers, and Parts Managers. This magazine is designed to take you beyond your daily operations and connect you to the overall Acura brand and your dealership community. The second issue of Acura Precision, the exclusive print and digital publication for Acura Dealer Principals, General Managers, Service Managers, and Parts Managers is here.

One thing I know from my years at Acura is that great things happen when people work together. Just because one player bats a thousand doesn’t mean the team is going to the World Series.

We have a sales goal for the year and we’re going after it. But it’s a goal no single dealership can achieve on its own. Every store contributes to it because it’s not an individual goal: it’s a collective one.

This is our year to work together as one functioning team. I’m not talking about dealers working with corporate; I’m talking about a collaboration between corporate and dealers, and dealers with each other.

The way we’re going to win this game, hit our numbers, and be profitable is to share best practices and contribute ideas on moving the Acura brand forward. We know how important it is to keep the conversation going, which is why we communicate with you throughout the year through channels such as iN, town halls, webcasts, videos, and now this important magazine.

We designed Acura Precision to serve as a conversation on paper, a connecting place for you to stay informed on the brand and build community with each other.

In fact, the content of the new issue came directly from you.

You told us you want more on Acura technology: we feature the MDX Hybrid and the thinking behind our Sport Hybrid system. You told us you want information about the future of Acura: we share where we’re at with autonomous driving and our goals for 2020.

But what you told us you want most is to learn from each other. You want to hear what’s working in other Acura stores and how fellow dealers are boosting sales and retaining clients. So the spirit of collaboration is already there.

Along with a featured profile on a California dealer who transformed an underperforming store into an 11-time Precision Team winner, we showcase dealer best practices on the Acura Tire Program, Acura Experience, and AcuraLink. We also introduce you to the members of the National Dealer Advisory Board and to your global counterparts in countries like Panama, Kuwait, and the Ukraine.
