XM Radio Install on 03 Type S with Nav
Does anyone out there have a good solution for installing XM radio (Panisonic or Delphi) in an '03 CL type s with navi?
I have the factory Bose CD Changer and would like to leave that in place.
I can't seem to find a good way/place to mount the control head and am also looking for ways around the tape adapter and/or FM modulator.
Thanks!

I was told two options my car stereo places. Sun glass holder as mentioned and under center arm rest storage section with velcro. Neither were good options. I'm now looking for an MP3 option--I'd like to tape in a MP3 changer but will run into the same control problem. For now I use a portable MP3 player via the cassette player. You would think the Nav or On Star Sat setup could be used for XM. I wonder if that will become an option? Certainly better than making dinner reservations.

I think I found the solution for XM on my 03 CL S W/Nav http://www.blitzsafe.com
Blitzsafe who has dealers everwhere sells an interface designed to plug directly into the 14 pin OEM CD port in the back of the OEM radio to the XM Pionner, Delphi or Alpine tuner for direct digital access. You would use the CD button on the radio for digital XM. They have installation instructions at the web site. They also have an inteface for DVD and MP3 units.
