Where is the OEM Bose amplifier located?

I am upgrading my factory Bose system and I need to know where the factory Bose amplifier is located in the trunk so that I can bypass it and replace it with the Alpine amp that I just purchased.

I can't seem to find any info on this Bose setup or diagrams anywhere on the net for this car.

Thanks,

Are you also replacing the speakers?

No, Im only replacing the Amp, adding an EQ and adding a 150watt 10" Bazooka tube.
I have a budget that I need to stick to. I think the speakers sound decent enough for me to be happy with them, as well as the Bose radio. I just want some more bass, some equalization and a little bit of more mid - high volume (front & rear spkrs) while sticking to under $550

Thanks,
