What's a good way to insulate inner side of door panel?

Can anyone suggest a good, easy way to insulate the inner side of the door panel? A friend of mine suggested foam in a spray can, but those gets messy when it expands and I'm not good with it. Also, it seems like there is only a small gap between the door panel and the door frame on the TSX.

Any input is appreciated, Thanks!

Cascade Audio included some thin foam in their door kit for this purpose. Worked great on Joerockt's car. They might sell it directly. Try Parts Express.

I used Peel 'n' Seal from Lowes. I have a thread somewhere around here--I'll look for the link. (I used this on both sheets of metal, by the way).
