what speakers fit with no modification

Can someone give me a list of speakers that will fit in the BACK DOORS and the BACK DECK with no spacers, no extra cutting, drilling, etc. I am looking for plain and simple drop in replacements.

I am happy with the sound up front...the tweets and doors sound really good (plus the front doors are harder to take off than the rears)...

the back doors just have no highs at all, so i think i should drop in at least a 2 or 3 way speaker to add more highs to the overall system. I think with that mod the whole car would be very loud and filled with high quality sound.

as for the back deck, I just think i could get improved bass response if i put in a high quality 6x9 with a better cone.

i know i am asking like 1000 questions....but i'm just trying to get the BEST system without a true SUB in the trunk!

I dont think there is anything that will drop in w\o drilling. I got Alpine Type-S's and they didn't fit perfectly. The door isn't flat, so when you screw them in, the bracket bends with the door.

1) No speakers fit in any of the doors without mods. All 4 6.5's are custom clip-and-tab jobbies. Get tough.

2) Most any 6x9 fits the rear deck. They can't play hip-hop bass, or no one would ever have invented subs... but they fit.

3) You actually haven't asked many questions... most of your communication is about what you won't do.

4) The fronts are no harder than the rears. Your logic is flawed... I think you are scared and rationailzing your fear... come over to the dark side, Luke! Tear your new Honda-Accord-wearing-an-Acura-T-shirt apart in the name of better sound! It's only metal - people cut holes in it every day!

I've never heard of one... but I think it's called a 2x2 sheet of 1/4" thick tempered masonite, a can of flat black, and a jigsaw.

And I KNOW that's what the stereo shop calls it...

You know, there are a bunch of threads here about speakers that have fit and not fit, and the steps taken to make them fit. Why don't you start reading them, instead of waiting for other people to tell you what you can do so, that you can then ignore them and do what you wanted to do anyway?

What a whiner!

Stop acting like you are owed something and act like giving you ANY info is a favor...

See? The only way that anyone would have such a list is by doing the reading. So why don't YOU do the community a favor and read the posts and then post the list?

After reading this, do you really need a list? Check out the sticky thread with the photos inside the door to see why all speaks need spacers.
