Can you post a pic of the switch that changes between navi and TV. Where do you mount it?
Ron do you know of a place that makes nice looking switches instead of the rocker switches that look like they belong on a kids quarter machine ride? Something more OEM?
Can you put a TV tuner also or do you just get 1, DVD or TV and not both?

You can put as many sources as you want! Just need a video switcher to do it right, that's all. Yes, I can get AWESOME switches, no tinker toys! I will post pics when I get home from work!

StreetEffectz;

What about the CDaudio plug? ...really don't want to go with a FM modulator.

Thanks,

STREETEFFECTZ,

When recommending a switch, see if one would fit in the blank hole on the left side next to the dimmer for the dash gages (many of us already have the Inspire OEM fog switch in the other ideal spot).

Also, if anyone could post pictures from a VCR and/or TV tuner using the Navi. Kit would be greatly appreciated.

Are those pics of your TL? If so, what equipment are you using? Thanks.

Question

Ron,

What would the parts cost for adding monitors to my headrest? The same as the ones in the picture, working in conjunction with the NAVI decoder.

Ron,

I want to be able to control each of the two headrest monitors, and the nav monitor separately, with wired/wireless headphones for each rear monitor. Is it possible to have different sources for each monitor with audio? Thanks again.

The monitors (modules) wires, trim, everything except labor, since I live too far away.

Th3 6.4" modules are $435. You can always send them UPS, FED-EX, Postal Service to me if you need them done. Wires you would need would be video wire (rca cable) and to extend the power wire.

Will this work with the non navi MDX screen ?

NO, the stock navigation system WILL NOT play DVDs, you need another unit. The unit is straight forward to install, no tricks. Just need to take the dash cover off (the front part that covers the navi screen).

I think I was just sold on getting the navigation system in the TL-S, just so I can install this package. Has anyone found a good place to get this and a DVD player installed in Southern California? What does a mobile DVD player and installation for the whole thing run?
