Very poor to no factory radio reception 2002 TL S

I can't get any reception on my factory Bose system. I can't get any AM and FM is spotty. The dealership couldn't find anything; all connections good and it gets power. Any ideas? Thanks

I'm not a 100% sure on the TL but the antenna should be built into rear glass window. Maybe something happened to the rear defroster. Does your rear defroster still work in all sections? One of the strips could have been cut.

It's in the front windshield. But that's not your problem. It could be the connection behind the radio instead. Better yet, just go after market and you'll enjoy it more.
