TVandNav2Go install questions (picture quality)

I just had my tvandnav2go PnP unit installed today on my G35.

I'm having some issue with some horizontal lines running vertically up and down my screen.

Have any of you had this probelm or could give me an dea of a fix for it?

I'd rather not have to send this back to them and have it reinstall.

THANKS!

Sounds like all the wires weren't properly grounded. I'd have them double check all the wires. You should have 2 white wires, a green, and 2 black all ground to the chasis.

where are you guys grouning to in your cars? I originally used the grounding point on the car stereo or factory headunit but now I've swapped to a bolt below the steering column. I'm thinking about just goign all the way to the battery.
