Trying to get behind the radio

I have the wood trim off and have taken off the 3 screws on the passenger side panel, but I can't get the panel to come loose on the edge attached to the dash board next to the glove box. I have a picture of the problem, but unfortunately my pc skills are lacking and I do not know how to attach a picture.

Are there any more screws I need to unscrew?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Once you removed the 3 screws all you have to do is this...its a bit tricky but works.

Bend the panel outwards (towards the passenger side door) from the middle...kind of bowing it out. Then slide the far side out (the side near the seat) and then the other side will pull striaght out via clips.

Thanks ArN 2000 TL, that was just the ticket! Dang that thing was hard to get off. I was able to get the Blitzsafe connector in, although it took a little bit of work to get it plugged into the radio. Now I just have to pickup the Alpine S630 today and I'm all set.

Thanks guys for all of the help.

ya, getting the adapter plugged in takes a bit of patience and small hands

But its totally worth it not to take apart the whole center console.
