Trunk changer - 03/04 AI-Net or mini BUS connector?
I was just thinking, are there any disc changers that are MP3 players that I could put in the trunk? I was wondering if this unit could be controlled by the stereo/steering controls and would allow MP3 playback if I got a new car with the navigation system -

The unit is the Alpine MP3/CD changer - CHA-S634 - I'm open to a Sony or Pioneer mp3/CD changer if it can be done
Does anyone know if the 03/04 car has an AI-Net or mini bus connector?

i think all honda/acura radios use the alpine m-bus.
you can added the alpine mp3 changer if you buy
1) the alpine adapter to convert to m-bus (i believe)
2) aftermarket changer cable
there was a previous thread about this...

Thanks - if anyone has done this, please let me know. I know it can be done on the older models but I'm not sure about the newer models but it had different wiring (bose crappy radio) - particularly playing mp3's. I'm getting a new car with the voice activated navigation, not the older touch navigation system.
