TL Navigation question

I recently put 20's on my 1999 TL. I have a navigation system in there and Im quite sure everyone knows the special menu secret (holding the 3 buttons down). Anyway it still says by old tire size in the diagnostic for the car. Does this affect my car's driving at all? Can it be changed? I think it affected my position on my navi because I was off major roads when I was on the road and I was forced to reset the system.

Try a test on a straight road using the biggest zoom on your screen. Go 10 miles straight then turn and see if you are mis-calibrated or need to re-calibrate. I guess is that your 20's is OK because the diameter of your wheels remained unchanged.
