Question Time to go display - Navi

My navigation screee displays the time to go to destination, but it is not tied to the speed of the vehicle. Seems to me to be too low tech. Does anyones time to go seem speed sensitive? If not, is there anyway to change the preset speed?

Nope. I think the software uses some unchangeable "average" values for highways, regular roads, residential roads, etc. to compute your time.

I generally take the time to destination as a gross estimate anyway. Traffic is too unpredictable even for speed-sensitive estimating.

I like it that way, because I usually cruise well above the "average" speed, so if the time says 1 hour to go, I get there in 50 mins, and I am early.

Being early is better than being late!
