Thinkness of plexiglass?

I really dig the look of StreetEffectz box posted recently.... and right now I only have two small windows of plexiglass on either side of my box, so you can see it through the pass through between the rear seats and from inside the trunk.

If I was wanting to do the entire rear panel of my box in plexiglass, it is approximately 2 feet long by 1 foot tall, how think do I need to get the plexiglass to be sure there is no flex when the sub really hammers? The most important thing to me is for this to sound really good.

Anybody have any experience with this?

I don't know the density of plexi glass, but I would think the thicker the better. You might want to check the prices first, also keep in mind it is very hard to cut plexiglass without the proper tools. However you can heat it up and bend it for a really sweet custom box.
