Problem Solved!
turns out that the RCA wires from the Line-Out-Converter to the amp were bad. Id like to thank everyone who posted in the thread i really appreciated everyone's help and support. Special thanks to Tsx536 for tellin me to switch the RCA's and big ups to Elduderino for helping me isolate the problem as well as ruling out everything else that could have been wrong. Im sooo excited! the bass is back !!!
