Hi Everybody

I wanted to know how long of an amp power wire do we need for a 98 2.3 CL. I see some awsome deals on Ebay for 4 gauge kits. But most of them are 17 and 18 ft. Thanks!

Not sure if this will help, but I bought a 20' kit for my CL ('03). I ran it from the battery, along the factory wiring harnesses through the firewall, down the middle of the car under the carpet and into the trunk. Have about 4 o 5' of wire inside the trunk. If you're going to run it along the sides of the car, you'll probably need more.

I have the same car as you. My 4 guage is 20' and I ran it from the battery terminal accross the sway bar through the firewall of the driver side back accross to the passenger side and underneath the seat and only have like 2-3 feet left. I also used some for the ground wire. I'd say 20 feet should be fine but 25' would be more than sufficient then you can spare some. If you have extra just used some for a ground YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SHORT. But you alread knew that.
