Subwoofer / Amp Combination

Hey Im considering this Subwoofer / Amp setup in my TSX. Can anybody tell me if they match well together. Feel free to offer other suggestions:

Subwoofer: JL Audio 10W3v2
SPECIFICATIONS:

Nominal Diameter: 10 inches (250 mm)
Continuous Power Handling: 300 Watts
Available Configurations: Dual 2 ohm, Dual 4 ohm or Dual 6 ohm
Sealed Enclosure Range: 0.60-0.90 cu.ft. (17.0-25.5 liters)
Ported Enclosure Range: 1.00-1.50 cu.ft. (28.3-42.0 liters)

Amplifier: Kicker KX400.1
SPECIFICATIONS:
» 200 watts RMS x 1 at 4 ohms
» 400 watts RMS x 1 at 2 ohms
» 2-ohm stable
» speaker- and preamp-level inputs
» preamp outputs
» variable low-pass filter (50-200 Hz, 12 dB per octave)
» variable bass boost with wired remote (0-18 dB at 40 Hz)
» switchable subsonic filter (12 dB/octave at 25 Hz)
» three-way protection circuitry

Would these compliment each other well?? Thanks

i ran a 10w3 stealthbox using a jl 500/1 for 4 years, and i heartily recommend that option. if the / is too much, try the e1400d. jps
