has anyone here ever used anything from adire audio?

their subs look really ghetto....but the specs seem great

i'm either gonna get an infinity perfect 10.1

or

an adire brahma 10 inch (anyone heard of this)


oh...what does spl mean when they talk about subs?

The infiniti link doesn't work! I took a look at the other Adire subs and it confused me a little bit with its descriptions but they look like a new brand, literally, so i'd be kind of weary...The price is quite high so maybe you will get the bang for your buck, but personally i've never heard of Adire Audio. Hope you can understand that!

SPL is sound pressure level. Measured in decibels of the sound wave by the force of air exerted by the movement of the cone of the sub. It is essentially how loud a sound is.
The 10.1 and Brahma are two totally different types of subs. The new Brahma with a huge Xmax is mainly for SPL competition and will need some serious wattage. Might want to look at the Adire Shiva or Tempest unless you really want to damage your ears and rattle your nutz. Their subs may look ghetto, but isn't how they sound most important? They don't paint them up nor advertise their name everywhere so you don't pay an extra 20% like other well known brands. I recommend buying the Adire's from Kirk at Ampman. If you really want the Brahma, Kirk is taking preorders at $319 saving about $50.
