Sometimes, my controller doesn't work. when I try to switch or turn the volume up from my steering wheel controller, it dos not work. Also sometimes, it does the opposite function. Meaning when i try to switch stations, the volume goes up. Do you guys know what the problem might be? Thanks.

Yes, you need the dimple procedure. it should be done at the dealer for about 200. There is a service bulliton on it.
