TL: Steering wheel controls malfunctioning

Steering wheel controls malfunctioning

lately i've noticed when i press VolumeUP/VolumeDown.. sometimes it will go to the next track.

anyone elese having this issue? how do i fix it?

take the 2 screws out, remove the switch, unplug it, and clean all the metal contacts

Not from unhooking the steering wheel controls no, but at least do it with the car off and the key out of the ignition
