se's hidden ezpass
i thought the idea of hiding the ezpass was terrific... now i wanna know where!
does there have to be line of sight?
or would mounting in the trunk or under the hood work?

I don't think its a good idea. I locked mine in the glovebox once and didn't realize it wasn't on the windshield. I had to shut the car off and unlock the glovebox to get it. If it didn't work in the glovebox, I don't think it will work in the trunk or under the hood. There's no need to hide it anyway. If somebody happens to steal it, you just call and report it stolen. I don't think anyone's dumb enough to steal an ez-pass for a couple dollars in tolls.

You easy pass people are lucky. In FL, they have something called Sunpass. Same thing, but the unit is WAY WAY WAY bigger. I had easy pass in NY. It's a nice little compack thin piece. The FL one is just about 1.5" thick. It has the same lenth, & width as the easy pass one, but is alot fatter. This thing is very ugly stuck on a windshield.
