Samsung Napster YH-920 (20 GB) MP3 Player

I'm looking to buy an MP3 player. I dont really want to jump on the ipod bandwagon so i spotted the Samsung YH-920 (20 GB) MP3 player. It has an FM radio built in and can store up to 5000 songs on it. I've read a lot of reviews on it but does anyone have a firsthand account of their own to share with me. Seems to be a good value but i dont want to spend $300 and regret it later. Thanks!

Ok why does it have to be an Ipod band wagon? I don't have one but I would buy one if i was going to use that type of mp3 player. Don't be against something just because alot of other people have it. Be open minded. Obviously it must be good since thousands of people have one. Don't just shut down because a friend has one and you don't want to be like them. But if you really feel the Samsung is a better buy and is more practical then go for it.

Best Buy Online is selling the Rio Karma for $189.99: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....8&type=product

I paid $300 for it about a year ago. Although it's not the best MP3 player out there, it is certainly worth $189.99.

The Good:
-20 GB HD
-Excellent Sound (plays all formats, including FLAC)
-Small for a HD player
-Dock with RCA outputs

The Bad:
-Gets stuck every so often (maybe once a week). A paper clip is needed.
-Bad support from Rio.
-Stupid Case (I got a better case online)
-No inline remote
-No FM radio or voice recorder.

I would say go ipod also, I bought an Archos 20 gig FM Jukebox a couple years ago for $300, and although it's not bad overall, it still has it's annoying quirks...My next one will be an ipod...

I just looked at the pics of the Samsung, it looks like they sort of copied the ipod anyway.

go ipod..
