Running power & RCAs in TSX

For those that have installed amps in your TSX, I am looking for some help. I just picked up an amp and speakers this weekend and will install the system sometime this month. I still need to pick up a 4 AWG amp kit and speaker cables.

My question is what length RCA cable do I need? Will 12' be long enough if I plan to mount the amps on my rear seats?

Also, what side of the car should I run the power and source cables?

I said that I was done with car stereos after getting this car but I finally gave in!

Thanks for your help!

Run the power wire on the left, and the RCA on the right. Keep RCA away from everything elese
