What do you think my problem is? The grounding of the RGB or the horizontal sync?

One of the wires coming out of the RGB1 is loose and not making a good connection.

Could be the modifications inside the RGB1, but I would check the wires on the relay (or switch) first.

This happens to me ever once in a while when the screw down terminals on the relay come loose due to vibration.

Just turn it all on and jiggle the relay and see if the picuture flickers... you should be able to figure out which wire is the problem that way.

okay now i fixed some of it and it looks a lot better but I don't seem to get any red. The Red is connected too but its still missing red. If I disconnect the red i lose picture so I know the red is connect, but I just don't get any.

This has to be a wiring deal.

If you've checked all the outside wires... you might pull the RGB1 out and take it apart to check the solders of those wires on the inside.
