Remote turn on/ Subwoofer amp
Hi, I am new and need help. I have decided to add a subwoofer but also keep the factory. I need help finding the "Remote turn on" to any of the Bose amps because I do not know where they are located.
Once I get power to the amp I will be connecting a RCA directly to the subwoofer to get soud to the amp using a"High power - line output converter".
Is there a better way to do this? and can someone tell me where is the subwoofer amp is located, I preffer to bi-pass it.

welcome,
the amp is behind the back seat, and about the size of a deck of cards, i really dont see any point in keeping the factory sub its only going to throw off everything and not sound the same as the aftermarket.
just rip it out and let it be, but if you wish this is the dyi on how to get it working https://acurazine.com/forums/audio-video-electronics-navigation-22/keeping-factory-sub-when-adding-aftermarket-headunit-99-03-tl-326253/
you dont have to "run" wire to the stock amp and there is only bose amp in the whole car.
good luck
