Recommended array of replacement speakers??
Gentlemen -
Knowing that our Bose stock speakers are paper...they will degrade over time. I'm already hearing one of the back speakers straining through low frequencies on some of my favorite songs.
I do not want an extensive overhaul...subwoofers, amps and all that..
I just want to replace the stock speakers with high quality speakers that are not paper, can handle high and lows comfortably.
My home theater system (Infinity) sounds like a dream compared to my car system..no paper speakers in the house.
Time to do it to the car. Any suggestions on speakers that will automatically fit the spaces designed for the stock speakers?
Looking for a quick yank and replace.
Thanks!

Retired. Not available.
Re: Suggestions
Be aware that the Bose system has weird impedance setting (from what I'm told, it's 1 Ohm). Consider changing out the Bose amp as well to be safe.
