Re: SAVV Products

To all,

Has anyone on this forum/site use any of the SAVV rearview mirror monitors before? I was looking into purchasing one, but from the looks of it online it looks very bulky and weird looking. Is this true? I had seen the SAVV X-5300 (4 in. LCD screen on the right-side) and that seemed somewhat a little less bulky, but very squarish looking. Any comments on this? What is the picture quality of them? Is there any other after market or customization out there that looks good and if so what are the prices?

Any info would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks,

CRAP... now i have to get one of those... ughh...

Street,

How much for a TL mirror.. I want the biggest screen you can put in there...

Wish I still lived in NJ.... damn.. Why did I move from there.. I could have had you do all my crap... Although I am pretty happy with the install...

Same here Street...What is the biggest screen you can put in there? I wanted something at least 4 in. if possible and I still wanted to retain all the functions from the factory like dimming, etc...Also, how would the LCD function, is there an on/off switch? Is there a remote control, etc...

They do the custom mounting and fit for around $750 (that includes an Accele 2.5" screen, new glass, etching, etc.) You would just have to install it back into your car and give it power (if you were gonna ship the mirror to them).

Sorry if I spoke out of term Streetz
