Rattling Spoiler

I recently purchased two 12" pioneer subs with an 800 watt max amp. They sound great and i am very happy. My only problem is that i have a spoiler, and it is rattling more than anything else. I was wondering if there is a way to stop it from rattling. Would dynamat help this?

is your spoiler sitting on double sided tape? double sided tape helps absorb some of that. other than that, dynamat will help but might not get rid of it completely.

Try tightening the bolts that hold the wing down, also tighten the rubber stoppers on the trunk lid. If that doesn't work, dynamat your trunk lid on the inside under the carpet, and you should be good to go. I also dynamatted the center support for my wing with some dynamat foam

I took polyfill (available at all craft stores) and stuffed the inside of the spoiler with it. My TL spoiler is hollow and it used to rattle like a mutha until I did this. It worked like a charm.

I also Dynamatted the trunk lid too.
