hey i just bought a 6 disk cd player from a 03 to put in my 99. i got the code from acura and everything turns on but when i push the cd button it gives me a ere1 on the screen. i asked acura and they said it was a error message. is there any way to fix that? or can i just swap out the changer part of the deck or wat can i do.

sounds like what it is is a jammed CD player. couple of good quotes from that thread
"Just slide another CD in there to dislodge it. It's just stuck. It can also happen when you hit a bump or something while tryin to eject. It's minor, I'm sure you'll see it happen on more cars as more of them are implementing 6 disc indash changers."
"do NOT use CDR's with labels, it happened to me and I had to get my CD player replaced (under warranty). The old CD player goes to the factory and you get your CD's back in a month or two........."
