Radio Code

Hi, I'm a fresh newbie here with a 2001 CL-S.
The problem is, stock radio's not functioning and asking for a code but I don't know what it is.
Should I just take it to any dealership and have them do it? Code should be different for every other CL, right?
Thanks for your help.
Hopefully, it'll run much better than my just-sold-97 Cadillac Seville STS. (GM makes such sh*tty cars ;( )

yea, unless you can talk to previous owner and get the code from them, the only way is the dealer

might also be on a sticker somewhere in the car, behind ashtray... in glovebox.... but just maybe

dammit, do a search!

Its usually on the side of the glove box or on the hinge for the trunk!

I've looked around the car but it was too dark to find anything yet. Hopefully I'll find it when I get off from work and go home.
Thanks guys. =)

Also look in the owners manual. I would keep the sticker in the pocket of the leather cover of the owners manual.
