Question Questions about using a portable Mp3 player w/ the stock '02 TLS headunit....

I'm thinking of adding RCA inputs into my stock '02 TLS head unit so that I can plug my Archos Studio 20 Mp3 player into the system. Is this possible to do, and if so, what would I need? Will I need to purchase the Sony XA-39II in order to add the RCA inputs? How will this work w/ the in-dash CD player? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Also, how easy is it to get to the head unit, and then put everything back together again without making it squeak and rattle like crazy? I don't want to add any more noises than there already are (aside from the the Mp3 player, of course).

My plan is to run a RCA cable into the console, and then put the Mp3 player into there and plug it into the cable. Is it easy to remove those trim pieces alongside the center ridge to put wires underneath? Any help at would be much appreciated!!!
