Quality is based on some factor, typically $$$
I could tell you to buy Brax and Rainbow, but you'd probably shit when you saw the prices.
Give us a budget Marc, also tell us how willing you are to "renovate" your truck.

Two Fifteens Rule
The absolute best way to do two fifteens is to arrange them in an "Isobaric" configuration. The best subs to do this with are the JL audio's. You need to refer to the JL Audio "blue book" to look up the best box to build. I had (4) twelves Isobaric with 1000 watts RMS and it was like the hand of God reaching down and touching you. The thing about it is, is that you need lot's and lots' s of fresh clean power. You should run no less than 600 good clean RMS watts to your two fifteens and spend alot of time building a killer box (i.e. internal bracing and 1" MDF), and you will be a very happy camper.
