I have a Sirius Starbase with the little controller module. It's possible to wedge it into the not an ashtray, but you need to cut a little to make it fit .. it's just a little too wide. So for now I have it in the CD cubby bin, attached to a pair of L braces and double sided sticky tape.

Easy to install in this location (i drilled a hole in the back of the cubby bin to feed the cable through), but it's silly that it takes up all that space just for the little controller.
If you can, I'd look into installing a Starbase into a not an ashtray. If you have any of the plug 'n play tuners, your best bet is to get a panavise or pro-fit mount for it (just google those terms).
Also, you can leave the antenna on the rear parsel shelf, I used a little metal place and some magnets to make mine stick to the seat unlock keyhole.
