Post One simple question

Can i install aftermarket in dash cd/mp3 player and still use my factory unit?
how hard is it to install?

Huh? If you have an in dash mp3 player then you will most likely have to remove your stock head unit.

If you remove your stock head unit, you would most likely want to rip out the Bose speakers as they are designed to work with your headunit.
